No. Credits purchased on Easy A2P do not expire. Unused credits from your monthly subscription roll over (up to a 120-credit cap) and remain in your account until you use them, even if you cancel your subscription.

Only if you want one. The Agency plan is a subscription ($29/month or $290/year) that provides 60 credits each month, and you can cancel at any time. If you would rather not subscribe, a Credit Pack is $12 for 4 credits with no recurring charge. Either way, copy reviews are always free, and credits you have already bought never expire.

A Pattern Check Review is free and covers the submission of existing copy for one session — which can include multiple sections. You receive a result for each section reviewed: pass, fail or warning, with specific recommended fixes.

A typical new client registration — drafting all sections from scratch including campaign description, sample messages, opt-in language, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and website checklist — uses 2 credits for the draft. Reviewing your existing copy is free: if any sections fail or carry warnings, we show you why, section by section. From there, Fix My Copy (1 credit) rewrites the failing sections through the same wizard — prefilled with your copy — and returns a corrected packet, so rescuing a failed review costs just 1 credit, half of drafting fresh. The $12 Credit Pack adds 4 credits whenever you need them.

Yes. Credits in your Easy A2P account can be used across any of your client projects. There is no per-client lock or limitation.
