  • Submitting your campaign to TCR — Easy A2P generates the review-ready package; the actual submission goes through your messaging provider
  • TCR appeals or carrier escalations — these go directly through your messaging provider
  • Legal advice on SMS marketing law — we provide guidance based on TCR and carrier policy, not legal counsel
  • Account changes inside CRM — contact your platform support for sub-account, billing, or platform questions

Account & Billing

How do credits work?

Review uses 1 credit, draft uses 2 credits. Credits never expire. Current plans: Free Trial — 3 credits on signup. Pro Subscription — $39/month for 10 credits. Pro Annual Subscription — $390/year for 120 credits (10/month).

Can I get a refund?

All sales of Credits are final. Because Credits do not expire, the Company does not provide refunds for any reason, including: account inactivity, TCR rejection, dissatisfaction with AI output, or accidental purchase.

Where's my receipt?

Stripe sends an automatic receipt to the email on file at the time of purchase. If you didn't get one, check your spam folder or email us and we'll resend it.

I need an invoice for accounting.

Email us your purchase date and we'll send a PDF invoice with your business details.

Using the App

The scan flagged something I think should pass. What now?

Easy A2P is intentionally strict — we mirror TCR's review patterns. If you believe a flag is incorrect: read the suggested rewrite first; the tool often offers a safer alternative that still preserves your intent. If you still disagree, email us with your account email, the flagged copy, and why you believe it should pass.

My PDF is missing the state advisory section.

State advisories only appear when a state-specific trigger matches. If you operate in TX, CA, FL, or NY and don't see one, email us — it may be a detection gap we should fix.

I didn't receive my OTP code.

Check spam first. If it's still missing after 2 minutes, request a new code or sign in with Google instead. If both methods fail, email us your account email and we'll investigate.

Can I share scan results with my client or their carrier?

Yes. The PDF export is yours to share — that's exactly what it's built for.

Privacy & Data

Does Easy A2P store the message content I scan?

Sample messages are processed in-session. Saved scans live in your account until you delete them. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Do you share my data with third parties?

Only with sub-processors required to run the service (hosting, payments, email delivery, AI pattern scanning). The full list is in our Data Processing Agreement at easya2p.app/data-processing.

Roadmap

Will you support Toll-Free Verification (TFV)?

Yes — TFV Review is on the roadmap for Q4 2026, using the same review engine.

Do you have an API for agencies?

An agency tier with API access is in development. Email us if you'd like early access.

Do you have an affiliate or referral program?

Yes, launching soon. Email us to be notified.
